1. Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date, provided the item is:

Packed with original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.
Note: Certain products like innerwear, accessories, and clearance sale items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or promotional reasons.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds: The amount will be credited back to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Rejected Refunds: If the return doesn’t meet our criteria, the item will be sent back to you at your cost.
3. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please email us at teamvexelme@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

We will prioritize your request and arrange a replacement or refund.
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled, but you can initiate a return after delivery as per our return policy.
